Arise NGO was founded by Wing Commander Bhupendra Renjen in 2012 who holds more than 51 years of experience. He is a product of some of the most prestigious Indian institutions like Daly College – Indore, Air Force School – New Delhi, National Defence Academy – Khadakvasla, Defence Services Staff College – Wellington and Institute of Armament Technology – Pune. He served in the glamorous Flying branch of the Indian Air Force for over 20 years. Well-traveled all through, he learnt the niceties of Event Management through his experience of producing major events in the Officers Messes and the Clubs. Bhupendra left the Armed Forces to join the corporate world in International Marketing. He worked with Thermax Ltd Pune, the Birla Group and Kuoni Travels. He has organized a large number of exhibitions and vendor conferences in India and abroad. Bhupendra Renjen is a conference specialist with over 27 years of experience in the meetings industry. He founded Global Nexus in the year 2006 with a vision to build a leading conference organizing company in India.

She did her B.Ed from Annamalai University and M.A from Jodhpur University. Very brave and enterprising lady who actively participated in Squadron and Airforce social groups. Experienced and enthusiastic trained teacher who looked up to teaching for a while. Also ran beauty parlours in Delhi and Pune as a trained beautician. Being an entrepreneur at heart, she started a training organization by the name of Global Nexus, was one of the directors of Chelyabinsk India Pvt. Ltd and founder & trustee of Arise NGO.

Past business owner, had a MSME unit in Greater Noida, 1989-2011. Thereafter along with other business interests, his focus shifted, as the real problems in life could be undermined. Now a full time writer, endeavouring to share the ways and means to bear the tough times being faced by upcoming generations.

Anisha is leading the projects of Arise NGO. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Mass communication from IP University. She has been a part of the event industry for quite some time and has worked with organizations like - Wedabout, Smokinaces and Imagination Infratech pvt. Ltd. She has also worked with the prestigious India Today Group. Anisha is a talented professional determined to add value to the society through her efforts and dedication towards her work.

Aude started her studies in France before heading to Canada to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration in HEC Montreal. She seeks to support global development in the world by providing marketing advises to young companies, to help them improve their strategy and communication and grow in the future.
